Yea thats the part that worrying me more or less. Im not sure if a 94-95 K-member would fit on my car and that would be a problem.

Would you have to change out the cross member? I have 'heard' that on the 97/98s have been swapped out to 5.0s but needed the 94-95 Kmember. I am not sure if that is true but it is what I have heard.
