Default engine kit upgrades

I have a 92 mustang and im looking at engine kits to increase my horsepower. I will not be adding a supercharger so would you guys recommend the Holley SysteMax 2 engine upgrade or the Trick Flow Twisted Wedge engine kit?

I would go with the edelbrock Power package, comes with cam, heads, timing chain, etc. Check it out at their website. It has a 9:1 C/R and will produce 367 hp roughly.

What's the trickflow kit go for and what does it include. I've heard good things about the systemax though.

i think the kit comes with cam, lifters, heads, and intake? systemax is good from what I hear but I would rather go with a product that has been out longer. just my 2 cents.
