Default 82...good deal?

well everyone knows im shopping for a stang and im pretty sure this is a good deal, but i just wanted to hear you guys opinions... heres the link http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1982-...QQcmdZViewItem

and i was thinking about getting this car for the engine so i could put that in the 82.... but i was wondering how long i would have before i had to replace the 7.5 rear end ... i believe the came with 7.5 didnt they?? well heres the other link

well im gonna try and see if i can get it cheaper....but if the price starts to go up i would buy it now....but first i gotta see if my mom will allow the drive to texas from nc....if not then i will just get the 351 from the other car and use it when i get my mustang...or just use it for my mustang in the backyard...which will be my strip car its an 86 notch but its in bad shape right now o and its a 4 banger....

that 82 looks to be in good condition i think the buy it now is a little steep but what do i know i bought my 84 with 164k on it for 2800
