damm thing is still hot

what would be some signs that my radaitor is bad or my water pump there is no water around the water pump

If nothing is leaking check the clutch fan or the thermostat

its running hot but not until about half an hour after starting the car from cold I changed the fan to an elec. fan changed the thermostat flushed the radaitor and still hot
