94 mustang trans swap Q's
Ok guys,I need some help from you guru's.I just bought a 94 convertable cheap.I've been into cars for along time,but this is my first ford.It's 5.0 with a AOD.I want to change it to a 5 speed.Will the clutch pedal/linkage assembly from any 94-98 mustang v8 or v6 fit?Also I have acess to a 5 speed with a steeda shifter al ready installed for a good price out of a 99-04 4.6 2v.I'm guessing the bellhousing bolt pattern will be different,but could I use a bellhousing from a 5.0?What would the pro's/cons of this swap be with different parts?Any info would be greatly appreciated.Thx.
