the t-5 is super light an easy to remove with it on jackstands i bought some nice tall jack stands from sams a while back for suv/trucks they would get the car up high enough to be comfertable and a tranny jack to rent if u cant manhandle is pretty cheap from rent all

Thanks for all the info folks. Yeah, the $600 includes the throwout bearing, and everything else that should be changed while in there. He quoted me like $250 for a stock clutch--just for parts. I thought that seemed a bit high.
