power gain from BBK shorties

power gain from BBK shorties

How much power you think i'd pick up from some BBK shorty headers? 10hp?

be bolting on to stock exhaust and engine

not even that with the stock exhaust

if i remember correctly Horsepower TV added the headers a catted X-pipe and flowmasters (everything 2.5inch) and that only added 14 HP

that was rwhp on hptv.... so itll be like 18 fwhp so u might get like 5 fwhp from it maybe...i dont think ull notice it

BBK claims 10-15rwhp each for thier shorties and thier off road midpipes... but the tuned catback is the key.. dont just hack in a muffler buy a tuned system.... you'll get gains from a complete system from block to bumper... but the stock exhaust is just choking the headers...maybe 5rwhp w/ headers on stock setup
