Default '88 GT Idle Problem

How are you doing guys? Im posting this for my buddy. He has a '88GT mustang with a completey stock motor except he took emissions off and he also has no A/C. When its cold it idles perfect. But say we go for a cruise and we go get something to eat or something...then we come back and turn the car on is when it wants to stall. After say about 5 mins of keep the revs up and will smooth out. So it only does it when the car gets warm, shut off and then started again.....And it doesnt do it all the time either.....He has cleaned the throttle body, and changed practicly every sensor on the car...lol...you guys have any suggestions...thanks -Kyle

dirty IAC (idle air control - i think thats wat its called)

it will cause the cars idle to surge or just completely stall out

its right on the tb/egr spacer. basically what happens is it gets full of carbon and you wont get enough air at idle, and your car stalls. take it off, clean it out real good. should solve the problem

EFI motors are very sensitive

like said above, it could be a number of things but cleaning the IAC wouldnt cost money and would eliminate one of the options.
