Default flywheel

i was thinking of doing a 351w swap and wanted to know what is a good flywheel to use with th 351 and my t-5? What is the price rang i am looking at for a flywheel?

I think basically any 5.0 flywheel will work with it if it has the 28 oz. balance on it. Some aftermarket ones come with seperate wieghts to put on the flywheel. The Spec aluminum one I bought was like that.

You cannot use a stock 50 oz 302 flywheel since the 351 takes a 28 oz balancer and flywheel.

ok so i just need to get a 28oz flywheel is i already have the balancer? Where is a good place to get one.

All 351 motors have what is known as a 28 oz external balance. 5.0 Have a 50 oz. external balance. You need a flywheel with the 28 oz. Like I said before look for 5.0 flywheels but be sure they can be 28 oz. balanced. If your not sure if they can or not call the manufactuer.
