Start with the u-joints, that is the most likely cause.

Well fellas, I finally got a chance to start checking some things, and when I took a look under the hood, what should I find? The right side motor mount completely split in half. I am hoping that is the only thing causing all my noise. Thanks 95Hooptey and everyone else for their input. I'll let you know how it goes once I get the motor mount replaced.

where are the motor mounts located on a 93?

Could be just your muffler banging the floor pan when you torque up.
Go underneath and wiggle the exhuast from side to side and see if it hits.

Well I got the motor mounts replaced today and unfortunately I am still having the loud clunking noise. So I guess when the weather cools down I will have to get up under it and check some more things.
