ok guys last summer i switched from my 2.5 inch tails with dynomax racebullets(straightthru glasspack design) to 40 series flowmasters.. the car sounds diff and a hell of alot restricetive. i think taht is what is slowign my car down. i used to keep up with my cousins g35 coupe but then after the flows went on, i raced him in his g35 sedan rental form the dealer and he totalyl smoked me... if the damn flows lost some performace than i will go back with my racebullets or go buy some slp loudmouths.

even IF you did lose some performance i cant imagine it would take you from winning a race to getting smoked....there has to be some more variables in there that isnt being discusse.[:-]

I'll bet that you probably lost power, go back with the straight-thru muffs, better yet get the SLP cat-back.

I threw my trashmasters out and got magnapacks. Its the best thing i have done for my car. It totaly changes the attitude...I don't know about power gain, but i sure scares the imports.. Put The bullets back on!!!

yeah but i dont know.. i think i am selling the stang .. because my parents are buying me a new car for college cause the ole stang keeps breaking every 2 weeks ![:@] im either going to keep it and drop the insurance and leave it on teh side as a project, or sell it to get mods for my new car which is a 200 rsx base 5 spd with leather. i nkow its an import but im vietnamese and im sick and tired of having to spend money to fix my damn car! i just want something that will get and go get me from point A to pont B with no problem =) haha im asking for 3800 OBO for my car. motor has 186XXX on it.. kidna high
