Default intake manifold

i am in the market for a new intake manifold for my '92 mustang. of course the obvious first place to look is edelbrock. then a friend told me about a different company that makes an intake for my car so i looked..http://www.cnc-motorsports.com/produ...027&CtgID=7755 so heres theirs for $200 less. i dont have a ton of money to blow so saving $200 would be great but wasting $300 on something that wont work is really bad. so my question is, how good do you think the cheap one really is? is it worth it or should i wait to get the edelbrock one? keep in mind my car is a daily driver and not simply a drag car. in other words, from that $200 difference, how much of that is just the edelbrock name that im paying for? oh ya, i also have a 76mm intake hose and MAF sensor and will be running a 70mm throttle body with the new intake. please help.

Well, I'm enjoying my Edelbrock Performer RPM much more than the stock one

I've heard good things about the proffesional products ones. Besides, if I was going to spend $400 I'd just get a new trickflow.
