Default Welding Torque Boxes??

well yesterday i ripped my rearend out w/ all of the suspension. right now there is only a motor. no trans or rearend. i was wondering how you guys weld up your torque boxes. ive heard its the thing to do while its all out?? do you guys just weld up the uppers?? how do you guys suggest i do it?? pictures would help!

i would recommend welding all the seams and buying reinforcements and welded them in as well. welded seams are a must and the added metal from the reinforcements make them just that much stronger
