ABS light..

What can cause this light to come on? i made an appointment with ford for next monday, just would like some info before i go.

i had the same problemm under heavy acceleration and the proportioning valve was out of wack...setting off the abs sensor. we flushed the entire system clean and put all new fluid in and it fixed the problem. Good luck

My ABS light would come after driving about a 1/4 mile or so. It was caused by have a lower profile tire in front than in back. I Put new tires on front to match out the back and ABS light stays off now.
