Well I never heard of anyone using 4 cyl coil springs, If youre on a tight budget, do what I used to do when I was 16, Take out the front coils get a grinder cut out 2 loop coils of youre coil springs, That will give ya 2inch drop in the front, Then with the back coils cut 1 loop coil off, Then you got youre self 1 inch drop off the back, The best way is to buy the proper lowering coils.

SPRINGS ,,,,,I GOT FT COIL OVERS WITH 200 LBS SPRINGS,,REAR HAS EIBACH DRAG SPRINGS WITH RT SIDE AIR BAG...LAUNCHES STRAIGHT RISEING THE FT WHEELS SLIGHTLY....GOOD OVER ALL BALANCE..NOY AN EVERY DAY DRIVER

Don't cut em, messes up the geometry since they weren't ment to be like that. People don't use the 4 cylinder springs to lower the car, I've heard them used in the front for racing purposes dealing with weight transfer.
