The reason I ask is I'm going to be installing my TFS intake soon and read instruction etc..and researched install and didn't read anywhere to install baffle.

I think he means the one that is under the PCV valve. When you remove the valve and the screen there is a baffle in there to keep oil from getting pulled up into the intake through the valve.
..yeah sorry should have explained better.my rpm has it so i figured it did to.

you can rent a coolant pressure tester from autozone and test it on your rad with the engine on for leaks. it does sound like coolant getting in you intake. maybe he didnt use the proper torque sequence??? also there suppose to be re torqued after you drive it.
