6psi should be fine. You would probably also want to do supporting mods, at least prolly a MAF and injectors. Obviously a TB is optional but its a lot to squeeze through the stock TB. You would prolly be best off running premium, 91 or 93 w/e it is in your area...

6psi is fine on any motor. the tb is not needed but it will help if you get it. yes you will need to run primium fuel. look into getting a dyno tune for it as well

I ran 6 psi from a powerdyne for a year and it didn't seem to cause any problems... I then added a boost pipe for a few more pounds... I just recently had the seal at the back of my motor bweteen the block and the intake blow out a little bit, but I honestly dog the **** out of my car daily, and it took over a year from me and who knows how long from the last guy... Hell, when I bought the car, it still had the numbers on the side window from being driven at the track and a pair of completely bald 275/50 drag radials... You should be just fine with 6 lbs, and honestly alot of guys run vortech or pastons with 9-12 lbs and drive them everyday..Just do yourself the favor and redo all the gaskets properly... and yeah, you will definitely need bigger injectors if you have stock currently, which also means calibrated mass air... go ahead and get like a 75-78 mass air... Throttle Body and intake would help also.

I ran 9# for 2.5 years w/ no problems. Complete stock internals, block, heads and cam. Not my daily but it could easily be. Now runnin' a 14# pulley w/ still no problems. That's the great thing about blowers, unless you're in it all the time, it's just like havin' another accessory bolted to the motor.

Ive seen upwards of 16psi on stock block/internals, but that was an intercooled S/C'r. But even that one had a complete new fuel system. 42lb injectors, 255fp, etc. Done right and safely tuned, its totally possible, but it does have to do alot with the tune. Good luck.
