Ill finally be getting a job maybe next week, so im wondering which would be smarter to get. check the sig for mods. i eventually plan on a 347 or a 351 swap but thatll be 5 years im thinking. im just looking for a little bit more power. any thoughts would be appreciated. im thinkin trick flow street heat intake or BBK ceramic shorties.

 

Id go with the intake first. I mean the stock headers are restrictive, but so are the stock exhaust ports so putting headers on isnt going to do a whole lot but make the car sound better. My best friend just put BBk long tubes on his 1990 GT and thats all he has done to it and he didnt even notice the difference. So, i think the intake would net more gains than the headers right now.

 

if you are decicing on 1 or the other i would say intake as well but its gonna cost about 2-3 times more than the headers which is why it will help more (excluding the mechanical reason provided above). take the price into consideration as well.

 

well i figured 379.99 for the headers and 400 for an intake..... buut i should go ahead and get a TB ( 150 ) and a Cai (100) so it will cost quite a bit more.
