Drag springs are really soft, so I would imagine that driving on the street with em would really suck. But if your car is going to be track only then go for it. And theyll need spring isolators.

so...drag springs on street = bad....plus I'll need spring isolators.....which are...what...lol and how much do they cost?

I guess what I'm also asking is...overall...would this little set-up be better than the stock quads?

spring isolators are round rubber/polyurethane rings that a are about 1/4 inch thick and go in between your springs and the body of the car. at the track that set up would deffinitely be better than stock. on the street....i dunno how they would feel never had drags on mine b4.

Heres what one looks like, its basically the mounting pad for the spring. And as for the ride on the street, you gotta realize that the spring rate on a drag spring is SUPER soft, because you want to make the squat as hard as possibly, so a firm spring (like eibach prokit) the car doesnt want to squat, because its bad for cornering. A stock spring is set up kinda in between, its not too firm, so ride quality doesnt suffer, and you dont want it too squishy, because the car wont corner worth a ****.
