Default exhaust question

Its time for me to do my exhaust and i was going to go with BBK shorties to and O/H pipe, but now i have a problem. I have a chance to pick up some bbk full length headers and the matching H pipe for a cheap price. If i do get these how much will it effect my low end power. Is it a big time loss or something that you will not really feel? any help or thoughts on what to do? thanks
