I did some searching and didn't find what what I was looking for. 50resto has a deal on gears w/rebuild kit for $250ish... I want to go with some 3:73's but since my mustang isn't daily driven my buddy says I should go with 4:10s. I mostly just drive the car on weekends when ever I get a chance. The motor is pretty much stock for now, but i'll be installing a new intake setup, throttle body, 76mm maf, fpr, 24# injectors, and some shorties in the next few weeks. Still undecided on heads... I already have a beefed up AOD with aluminum driveshaft. What do you guys think?

Go with the 4.10's if it's not a daily driver.

And you don't need the 24 lb injectors with the mods you listed. Keep with the 19's for a while until you get heads, cam, etc, etc.

Click on this link here and it will take you to one hell of a thread we just recently had about gears...specifically 3.73s vs. 4.10s. It will tell you the advantages / disadvantages with will give you top speeds, etc. Even has a link to a calculator to figure out the top speed for your specific setup.
