IVE GOT A 94 GT WITH BBK HEADERS AND A COLD AIR INDUCTION KIT.
I RECENTLY AQUIRED A B303 CAM.
IS IT JUST A STRAIGHT UP INSTALL OR DO I NEED TO CHANGE VALVE SPRINGS?
I HAVENT BEEN AROUND FAST CARS FOR ABOUT 7 YEARS SO IM STILL TRYING TO REMEMBER ALL THE SMALL STUFF.

Are your heads stock? The B-303 cam was more or less designed to work in conjunction with the GT-40 heads. You'll see a performance gain with just installing the cam, but not as greatly as if the cam were allowed to work more effectively with better
breathing heads. I'd change the entire cam/roller lifters/valve springs to be sure. Is the cam new, or used? Then you have to think about upgrading your intake/TB/Mass Air/possibly injectors which necessitates a computer recalibration.....sorry if I opened a can
of worms. Maybe someone who runs a B-303 with stock heads can be of better help.....[sm=signs003.gif]

YOu'll be fine with the valve springs. The E cam has more lift, but the B has more duration which is better for top end.

Yeah, I have a B303 cam in mine, and it made a big difference even whthout anything else, but as they said, with all the right parts, it makes it that much more effective.
