damn...when i turn on my car my belt just stays still while my crank pulley just turns and it make a hooorible loud squeel....and then the belt starts to smoke after a few seconds! Do i need a new belt only? i tried to change the belt and i think the tensioner pulley is extended a little to much...could that be what the problem is? Knowing me i probably just answered my own question but owell...

you need a new belt, but you also need to figure out why it's not spinning with the engine. Take the old belt off and try to turn all of the accessory pullies by hand. AC, smog pump, power steering, alternator, idler, etc. Figure out which one of those has seized and you'll most likely have to replace that as well.
