Default V-6 to 5.0 swap

How hard and how long does this take?
I have a 1995 V-6 and i want to put the good ol 5.0 HO in it. has anyone else done this?

Does cobrajet know that you are using his screen name? I'd get a new one.

It's not a practical swap. Cheaper to just buy a GT. There's nothing wrong with having two Mustangs.

You need comp,harness,engine,& trans. It all bolts up though

Well if you buy some badass **** from the get it actually could be worth it, as opposed to what the other guy said. You could buy the 5.0 of course, a TKO tranny, computer from a fox body (theyre much better to work off of than the SN-95's computer, they can get pissy especially after a cam swap), and supposedly Pro-M was supposed to make a harness that will be compatible with the computer. all this is supposing you are going to build it.

there is no point

buy an original 5.0 and build it from there

much better platform

not only is the engine/drivetrain different but the suspension, rearend, and other things are different too.
