I no I would need a differnt clutch, and a shifter forsure, anything else I would need? The only thing I am going to add is a supercharger to my cobra, Dont think the T5 will hold that much... around 400 rwhp

I hear they are pretty good transmissions, I don't know much about them but I've only ever heard good things about them. But if you really want to know about them before you buy try to go to the track and see some of them run, and make your decision.
