shifting question

Default shifting question

when i am in 1st and am at around 4000-4500 rpms something under the car(sounds like my new headers or new exhaust) seems to make the car feel like it is going to fall apart...does anyone know why this might be?

That quite possibly could be your timing........knocking and pinging................what fuel do you run and do you know your timing is set at?

Feel or sound like it is going to fall apart. If it is feel welcome to FORD. If it is sound then what does it sould like.
