I saw that advance auto has a sale on these testers for $100 rather than $150, so I was wondering if these testers will work on the 87-93 mustangs for checking codes, I've heard of the testers being used ont he 4.6L cars but I wasn't sure if they can be used ont he 302 5.0L? i dont have any issues currently but in the future I was thinking this unit may comein handy. Any input/links are appreciated, Thanks Guys

 

Nope we have obd 1. You have to get an obd 1 scanner that compatable with ford eec 4.
