I recently picked up an 92 gt (roller) for free and my friend is in the process of painting it black for me and offered to paint a pair of racing stripes on it for me, the car has a saleen wing,beat up chrome cobra r's and a 4inch cowl..show i do it or just leave it gloss black..?

put some gold stripes on there and make it look like the old GT350H's....lol i have a thread asking about how that would look - I was considering it for my fox.

no seriously though, black is a hard color to match with stripes. Not too many colors will look good with it, and imop...i just like stripes that run the hood length only (not the full up and over the car deal)

Interior is grey and charcol so i was thinking grey or silver stripes but i still need some more advice..

i've personally never liked racing stripes.... but if i was to pick i would say for that color of a car white,silver/gray, or ghost stripes sound kool lol

go with just black, racing stripes belong on antique muscle cars.... i like the plush look so its its not too gaughty

Mike get someone to photoshop some one a black one for ya to see what it would look like. I'm at a crossroad w/ the stripes. Some look good, some don't. G/L though man!!

Yeah thanks, i am lucky to have such good friends, Bern i was thinking about DSG stripes but i dont no im going to ask the guys to photoshop them for me..
