I have a 75mm pro M bullet for an 87-93 model on mine. It runs fine, but I had to "fabricate" my CAI a little to fit it. I bought a granitelli 75mm for it and the wiring broke as I was installing it. Total junk, it's now laying in my scrapyard in the front lawn with my old cai and c/arms. never even installed.

What maf comes stock on my 94 GT i thaught it was a 65mm, some one is offering me a 70mm maf, (stock ford motor parts part) and i dont know if it will work??? also its tuned for 19#'rs and i still have my 19's so thats good.. But I have a cold air intake and im shure it needs the cold air tune am i right????????????
Adder has you going in the right direction.
I just wanted to add that the CAI tune on a MAF should be a very small change.
Worst case scenario you would see some erratic idle conditions, but it shouldn't be significant.

Your 94 did come from the factory with a 70mm MAF, and if the MAS is the Ford original it should have a F2VF branded into it.
