pull the codes. (stangnet has a sticky on how to do it)
bump timing up a little, see if that helps.
clean or replace the IAC.
check TPS voltage
check for vac leak.
do a tune up with new, spark plugs, wires, and cap/rotor
go from there.................

my friend and i cleaned the IAC when i bought it 4 days ago because it didnt idle. well he lost the gasket and re made 1 with cork material, could that be the problem? (idles at 1500 - 200 now)

Sorry nothing about your post but had to ask....R.BARN didn't you just get AFR's 165 and the BBK intake etc... and now I read your sig and says you have 5.8L 185's TKO TF R etc etc...what the heck you really rich or something????
