The trans lab ones are about 79.00 plus shipping and they come with very good instructions but If you not filmillare I would have a mechainc do it Send Dean at trans lab a emaila tel him what kinda car u have and what you plan to do with the car (street car, daily driver , drag car) and he wil recomend the right kit for you his email is deanmason@juno.net .The guy know his stuff is manual valve bodies are bullit proof .

I wouldn't deal with that guy anyway.

I have a transgo shift kit, it's awesome. If you like shifting you might want to go with a manual valve body. They cost more money though.

transgo is about the best on the market. if you're gonna do a shift kit i'd also look into rebuilding your trans. nothin like throwin a shift kit in and have solid shifts for a week then all the sudden you get the mashed potato shifts.
