pretty much what the subject says, just ripped out my ac and ps and now my air bag light is flashing. i have no idea why, or how to even begin trying to fix this.


on a side note, having no ps is no big deal. even at a slow crawl the wheel turns easily. im having a minor belt issue which i will fix in the next couple days and when i do ill post pics. there is so much more room in the engine bay now!

 

Well you could take the bulb out. Why it would flash because of that I have no idea? What year stang do you have? I don't ever recall seeing a fox with airbags.

 

Foxes started using airbags in 1989. You could just take it out but it wont pass inspection once you do that.

 

i dont have airbags in my 89[&:] im pretty sure its 1990.

 

how could they have airbags, my 89's wheel is tiny(the middle)

 

My 91 GT has airbags

 

It started in 90, it must be a coincidence. Has nothing to do w/ one another. Unless you unhooked the sensor in the front of the car. Did you take out the condensor, or just the compressor?
