Default 351 heads on 302 block?

I have a 91 GT w/ an 8psi blower and have stock heads. A friend of mine said that the heads off of a 351 will fit on to a 302 block. Is that true? I know a chevy 350 and 305 will work that way.

And if I replace my 302 heads with 351 heads should I see a huge difference in power. I have heard there is really no difference between the heads.

302 7/16 BOLT. 351 3/8 BOLT. Larger chambers on 351 heads = loss of HP on a 302. Unless you get 68or 69 351 heads.

only heads u would wantr off a 351 will be heads from 1969-1970 casting nuber begins with c9 or do but a set of gt40 heads will flow more off of an explorer and u wont need the washers to use them
