Default box intake?

Anyone running a trick flow box series intake? Would you recommend it for a FI street/strip car? Will it clear under the 95 GT strut brace?

It should clear the strut braces...

But I doubt it will clear the factory hood.
Those things are VERY tall.

Also,
the short runner intakes move the peak power rpm quite a bit higher, and sacrifice some low end torque.

I didn't like running my Cobra lower with a Comp Cams upper on the street. The low end torque loss was in-tolerable.
It did run well above 4k rpm though.

unless your making like 360-450hp on a pretty large engine, i wouldnt run it. Or unless i was supercharged or turbocharged, but other than that, i wouldnt run a box on the street.
