ignition box problem

ok guys i have a question for ya. ever since i installed my 6AL box, in the morning when i go to fire her up, for a second or two the car sounds like it wants to shut off but then it levels out and fixes itself and begins idling very well. it's not really a big problem, but i'm just curious why this is happening.
