Wow, that makes alot more sense, thanks for all the info guys. I was a little off in my thinking on the mechanical vs electrical units, I'm kinda glad I asked now. I think I will go with the electrical units now.
4fit? do they have the adapter for the oil pressure gauge at summit, what about the thermo housing?
Twisted I was looking into the gauge pod that takes the place of the factory clock in the SN95s but I might have to look into those other panels where you got yours. That would probably look good.
Thanks again.

And I would go with the clock pod gauge mount. They look very nice in the SN95s.

Thats why I am installing, my car (I wasn't driving at the time) blew a head gasket a couple weeks ago, my friend said the gauge never got over half way, but the antifreeze was bubbling in the overflow tank.

If I remember correctly, my oil pressure gauge cam with the adapter. Nearly positive that it did actually. As for the thermo housing, I ordered it from a local parts supplier. You should certainly be able to get it from Summit though. I know you can get it from 5.0 Resto. This is a pretty good deal here. It includes the stat, housing, and gasket.

Ok, I was gonna try to get down to the local stang shop (1 hr and change away) in the morning, I think I will give him a call before I go to make sure he has all this (had to take notes). If not I might just hold off on putting the car back together and order it off line. I was thinking bout the clock pod, but I kind of like the Face plate for the stereo too. Will probably depend on what local shop has got. I know the carry the clock pod. Thanks again fellas.
