As long as you stay high up in the fenderwell I don't think you will have any problems, the systems that do have a duct that goes down under the front bumper and it sucks up all kinds of debris and water so stay away from that type unless you like cleaning it out often. After you get a CAI, I would recommend you do a thorough tune-up if one has not been done recently.

Just did one about couple months ago, what then would you suggest for the CAI, i really cant afford to throw 200+ in it at this time since i am looking at getting an exhaust in the next month... do you suggest something besides the one i was looking at..
