clunking when i push in clutch

theres a noise coming from when i push in the clutch its like a clunk. the tranny shifts and engages into gear good. any suggestions?

ya i dunno if i should just drive it until something breaks then worry about it... i have no idea

feel around with someone pressing on the clutch pedal, put it up in the air and take a listen under the car as well. you may have a bad throwout bearing, the clutch fork could be sitting crooked on the pivot ball, the cable could be getting old. or the noise could even be up under the dash where the quadrant is.

i have a feeling its the clutch fork or throwout bearing. i just got done putting it back together and it just started doing this today. it was fine for a day.

try removing the cover on the bell housing where the fork is, you MIGHT be albe to squeeze your hand in there and make sure everything is centered. also, you may niotice the clutch fors is not straight.... try to center it a bit
