How is this.
Ok I was removing the smog pump last night and did what everyone told me to do. I unplugged all the tubing, plugged all the holes and plugged the coolant lines. Here are the pics, tell me if I did this right!!!
P.S I still don't know what to do about that EGR valve and the electrical connection. I want to take the EGR valve off but what do I do about that stupid spout connecter?

RE: How is this.
Can anyone please tell me how I did?
I plugged up the hose going to the back of the heads.
I plugged up the exhaust tube.
I plugged the vacuum lines.
I stuck a peice of round metal in the coolant lines that flow through the EGR spacer and tighted it down.
Thats about it, someone please tell me if I messed up on anything. THANKS.

RE: How is this.
you need to unplug the vacuum line to the EGR valve so it cannot open anymore since you by-passed the spacer with the coolant hoses. I removed the whole valve from mine and just kept the top part with the electrical connection on it so the ECU didn't go nuts on me. You have to plug the hole in the EGR spacer after you remove the valve to prevent a big vacuum leak into the intake. You can do this with a metal plate cut to fit the same base as that of the EGR valve and seal it with some high temp RTV and bolt it on with the same bolts that held on the EGR valve.

RE: How is this.
u could leave it all connected because no air is flowing thrue them anyway, but i would just plug them anyway, oh and if u get a catlees h pipe it will stil have a tube coming out of it and u can just crimp it shut with a vise, that what i did and it works great!!!
