cam question

Can someone tell me the differance between an E303 and a B303. Thanks.

b303=284/284 adv 224/224 @50 480 lift 117/107 lobe

e303=282/282adv 220/220@50 498 lift 110 lobe the letterd ford cams are good cams..but there outdated..there are alot better cams out there...

I'm trying to build a 347 stroker, do you have any thoughts on a good cam?
