Default Does it matter what kind of valvesprings?

I am getting this cam for my 95 gt.http://store.summitracing.com/partde...0&autoview=sku

I have to get new spring because with this lift my old ones will crush apparently. Can I get any springs or what? I don't really know the differences? I found out there are single and double, just confused me.........These are from comp cams and there pretty cheap...are they fine?http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku

Please help I am wanting to order soon.
