I have a steeda tri-ax short throw shifter, i frogot to say that. What about subframes? i have no way of welding them on my self so i would have to get the bolt on ones, are those just as good? what brand should i get?

 

you could probably take them in and have them done fairly easily. its a good idea to get, these cars needed subframes when they rolled out of the factory

 

If i were to do the heads and intake all at once and planed to do a cam shortly after that would i need to have anything that is requried or at least a good idea to do to the heads so i get the most power possible?
