Well were i live you need the cats for emissions , So I got the high flow cats. If I had a choice no cats for more horsepower!!

i have a 95 gt and it has a H pipe with out cats, and flowmaster. It sounds great its loud when i get on it and it sounds darn good at idle. so i dont know its all up to you, i dont think cats are good unless you have to have them cuz of emissions.
