Default Running lean?

I have a 347 Stroker in a 90 GT, carb'd. Anyways its been out for sale for a few weeks and hasnt been run too much, today I went to start it and it seems to be running lean. What could have caused this when it was just sitting?
Also what should I look for to fix the prob, all the vac hoses seem to be ok.
thanks
Nick

Default RE: Running lean?

could be some varnish built up in the carb jets and made them smaller than they really are. some carb cleaner might help.
