Default droppin in a 347

So i finally ordered the 347 short block from DSS. Is there anything i need to do before i swap it in besides gettin rid of that aod (i got that taken care of).

probably want to add a top end to the motor, not going to get far with just a short block...[8D]

ha im not that dumb i got the heads/cam/intake, injectors, fuel pump, maf stuff like that. i was just wonderin if i need to do anything out of the ordinary to slap it in or is it pretty basic. I've never done an engine swap before so im just gonna see what happens.
