I'm 6'3" , and if I send the seat back enough I'm fine, but if you like driving close to the steering you noticed that when you turn left and you let go of the clutch your knee will turn off you cliquer ! I have a GT and find the sunroof to be a great help for head room... makes you feel less clostraphobic !! (I can't spell) But all in all I tried many sports car and the Mustang is definatly a nice car for tall guys!! [sm=icon_rock.gif]

I'm 6'2" and have never had a problem. Just don't expect anyone to sit in the back set behind you. lol

try being 5'-6" and fat too! good thing my '88 has a tilt wheel so I can get it up away from the belly!
you could always fabricate some pedal extensions to move the pedals closer to your feet you know! couple pieces of 2x4 with some wire ought to do if for you!

after reading this post yesturday, i took notice to leg room when driving home from work.. i'm 6' 2" and have no problem w/ leg room when seat is all the way back.. actually its almost to far i noticed.. I have a 89 notch so i do have tilt which is nice because i do tend to have knee rub when trying to get into the car.... Hopefully I helped some.

Only problem you might have is the gear shifter being to far to reach. being only 6,4' you shouldnt have any problems.
