Default Heads or Upper and Lower Intake?

I am new here I just baught a 94 5.0 Gt and have already done a few mods bassani off-road x pipe, flowmaster cat back, Mac CAI, underdrive pullys, Eibach Sportline Springs, KYB AGI adjustable shocks and struts, cobra r rims, and a cobra front bumper. My question now is what should i go with next either the upper and lower intake or new heads i cant decide i can do one or the other but not both yet so which one should i do first? and which brands are the best? Here are some pics of the car.

intake will get you 7 hp more
heads will get you 25-50 hp more

don't believe the manufaturers saying an intake swap is worth 30 hp, not gonna see it. your not even gonna notice it.

Definetly heads first. Intake isnt gonna do anything by itself. Heads will actually give a noticeable difference. Once you do heads, then the intake will be worth doing.
