i would be willing to bet that your radiator is clogged. the fastest and easiest way to tall is to run water through it while its completely disconnted. another way is to use an infared thermometer and scan the surface of the radiator for cold spots
I will check that out tomorrow also, i did notice the fresh water i put in was sort of brown after being in the radiator

if you completely disconnect the radiator and flush water through it from top to bottm, you may notice more water backing up and coming out the top then whats coming out the bottom... if so.. your radiator is junk
