Default ECU wiring

Does anyone know how hard it is to get all the wiring out of a mustang with a A9L computer? im converting mine and the guy im getting the wiring computer and mass air sensor is freaking out telling me it is the hardest thing in the world to get out....let me know

It doesnt stick out in my head as it being hard when I did mine so Im pretty sure its not. Just start unplugging connectors and find out for yourself...

Hardest part is going to be getting that big ecu out of that little hole, other than that it's just plugging and unplugging wires.

Im pretty sure if you get stumped Painless has some diagrams and stuff that can really help you out in a pinch. My dad and I rewired my moms 65 in a few nights with one of their kits, and it was perfect. He got one for his 69 vette too, and that one is just as nice. I know the intricacy of the older cars doesnt really compare to the newer stuff, but its worth a shot.
