347 stroker HP
42lb injectors, Pro M 80mm MAF, 255lph pump (and prefer an inline 255lph also)... but all this has already been said.
When you put a bigger blower on that, you will need an aftermarket block. Go with the Dart Sportsman. The Iron Eagle will not accept a stock style oil pan because of the main caps and it requires much more work to use a hyd. roller. Unless you plan on making over 1200hp, go with the Sportsman and save the money. Call Brian @ AD Performance and he'll tell you the same thing.
If this was a flat top piston motor (which it shouldn't be), it would easily make over 400rwhp. Even with dished pistons it will probably be over 380rwhp. With the blower I think it will be in the 475rwhp range.
R Barn, I think you may be over estimating the gains those longtube headers are going to give you. I'd be very interested in seeing you change just the exhaust and dyno it again. I may be wrong, but I feel 20rwhp is very optimistic even if you increased primary size to a 1 3/4 at the same time.

IfI change the pulley though, I'm really cutting it close or better put, would be ins erious danger of cracking the block. With the flat top pistons, I couldn't do the aftermarket heads though, right and with the stock heads, I'd be killing my HP numbers. Am I brain cramping or misinterpreting something?
If I stick with the 1 5/8 inch equal lengths, upgrade the FP to either an inline 255 or in tank 255, could I keep the 73 MM MAF or would I have to upgrade this and the inj.
Again, I'm looking for a streetable combo and would prefer to not have to do the block.

the thing about it is is if you change the pulley and figure it will give you 6 or so #s i doubt you will see a true 6# b/c you will not be pulling that much vacuum with the cam you would be safe with 10# or so on the stock block with a nice 347 setup for a while but eventually you will crack the block, ifyou want to try and save your bottom end get you a girdle it will help to keep the bottom end together instead of shooting out your pan and you might be able to salvage some parts, build it have fun with it remember you are on a stock block and it has its limits and just dont get greedy
So what would you guys say I do from my current set up, if anything, to be sure I'm safe with the stock block.
Should I go bigger inj., FP, and MAF? If so, what would you go with for each one?
Thanks,

Thanks,
Id go with what i went with 42# injs, Pro-M 80mm MAF 255lph FP and do some calculations on what you can expect from added boost and remember that you will not see the #s of boost that you think you will with the specified pulley size, if you dont want to split that thing then try and keep HP down around 450RWHP,, i have a friend that puts down 527RWHP and 542 lb ft TQ on his stock 306 block with a vortech s/c and its his DD and has made @ 300 passes onthe track and no problems i guess some are just luckier than others!
